For those who asked, it was: white peach bellinis and pink cheeks, a CEOs and Office Hoes party, flipping through jesse’s baby photos, chrismaverssary!, and reading three books with lovely discord.
Today was perfect chocolate chip cookies, Anastasia, french index cards, a sad ending to a new book, christmas raspberry tea with honey, cuddling and writing letters at my desk beneath my fairy lights.
Today was: finished homework (!!!), news from my pen pals, a little pond where jesse took me ice skating, a spontaneous decision to go into town to get chocolate milkshakes in whatever we were wearing at 11:30 (which happened to be my red-hot silk robe!) and lying in char’s bed listening to 90’s cartoons until 2 am. A fabulous tuesday indeed.

peace river weekend with jesse
we stopped along the highway every now and then on our drive there and back with our handy dandy canons :) it was such a nice weekend to be with family, in a beautiful little town, to meet new and old friends, and stay up as late as our college-driven bodies would let us (1:30 was our latest… I felt like an old woman haha).
this photograph was taken unexpectedly but I still like it. I have no idea where we were at the moment it was taken but it feels nice to have captured it on film.
